Solved - Re: [Avid-L2] Avid won't recognize DSR1500

Ok, before the burn and rebuild I decided to one piece at a time
replace some hardware. What did the trick was replacing the 9pin
MiniDin to 9pin Dsub cable. Really? That did it? So I could work
with any other model of deck I have, but not with the DSR1500 because
of that? Makes me wonder what is so different about the DSR1500 that
a problem in that cable would make it useful for other Sony decks but
not that deck. Very odd.
