You need to capture it in the 'base' frame rate. For example, it was filmed
at 59.94p with an intent of playback at 23.976p, thus a 2.5x slow down
factor.
Capturing it in 720/59.94p defeats the whole over/under cranking.
Avid will capture ALL the frames but will tagged the stream as a 23.976p
video.
