Hi Ken,

You have to go in over FireWire for the conversion to work. The flags
that identify the repeated frames are carried in the DVCPRO HD video
codec, and aren't carried by the (HD) SDI or RS-422. The conversion
happens as you capture, since the software is essentially just throwing
some of the frames away.
