It does PAL 25i and 25p, but not 24.00p PAL. Which is what film editors here
use. We don't do 23.98 here. Makes no sense.
In PAL 24p projects, the film speed is true 24.00fps, with a pulldown added
on output, so that you can drive a PAL monitor. The PAL pulldown works like
this: http://www.24p.com/PAL.htm
The list of supported project types explicitly exlcudes PAL 24p.

In the same thread, however, Wayne from Matrox has responded and seems
dedicated to make this work in a future update. And they do show dedication
there.
