RE: [Avid-L2] Re: Export to XDCAM file, no drive

You are mistaken ;) with other media formats it does using DHM, but with
XDCAM there is no DHM transfer. The MC makes the OP1a .mxf file in the
most empty ISIS workspace in a folder called "temp".

I suppose, since they had to teach MC to make the OP1a file for XDCAM
they just continued that way instead of having to also teach transfer
mgr to do the same thing.

Matt,

Unless I'm horribly mistaken, the Transfer Manager is doing the DHM
conversion from MXF OPAtom to MXF OP1a.
