hmm.
More resolution means also more compression if it's packed in the same
datarate, and that means more artefacts that can mess with the key.

I can remember an old After Effects tutorial (some 12 years ago) where there
was some keying footage included.
It was an actor standing up, but to get the most resolution out of the
image, it was shot with the camera on it's side to fill the frame as good as
possible.

Nice trick, shoot as close as possible, and scale / position in post.

(of course we all know that the most important thing is lighting / focussing
and a hairdresser on the set...)

Also, what camera? Some of Panasonic's offering aren't true 1920 x 1080
chips like Sony's cameras. More resolution can mean better keying.
