[Avid-L2] Moving an entire project off Unity to local storage

A friend asked me about how to move an entire Avid project off of Unity and
onto local storage and my first thought was our recently announced Media
Copy 3.0 application, but this guy is on Windows and our current beta is
Mac-only.

So I've been pondering ways one would do it without any duck-related help
and I've thought of consolidating (undesirable due to the new masterclips it
creates) and manually Revealing Files for the entire project which would be
tiresome but maybe doable if the project isn't too huge.

I also thought of Media Mover, but my understanding is it operates off the
project association of media files, and I've been around too long to trust
that all of my media files for a project all have the same project
association.

How are you Real World Avid Users tackling this common chore?
