[Avid-L2] Is this a bug in MC 4.x?

I have been encountering this for a while and it seems to be random.
This has to do with opening existing projects and starting new ones.
I often get this error when selecting the project or right after I
select format for a new project.

"this volume has not yet been mounted by the application. You can
either mount all volumes or load another project." The two choices
are Mount all volumes and Load another project. Both buttons take me
back to the project selection window.

There seems to be no reason I can connect for this. It appears to be
random. Sometimes choosing a new user works, sometimes not and today,
no.

What the heck is this????
