[Avid-L2] Avid won't recognize DSR1500

MC v4.0.5
RS422 connection to DSR1500 not configuring. Same cable and everything
DigiBeta - fine
BetaSP - fine
HDcam SR - fine
DVCam - nothing.

WTF is up with that?
