[Avid-L2] Avid but not editing

WE are having an issue with our Thunder browse and Lightning systems. The
Lightning won't let the browse overwrite the sequences even if the sequence
isn't open. You can do a "Save-As" to the lightning drive with no problem
and then just choose that sequence for playback to air. This is a fairly
recent development and it is annoying the heck out of anyone who has to use
the system.

The Lightning is version 5.4.0 running on NT4.0 and Thunder Browse is
running on an XP box with all of the service packs and security updates
installed.

I know its a bit of a long shot, but any ideas?
