[Avid-L2] AFE+Export,+PAL+24p+MC+to+DS

Here is an idea that is not ideal but should work in a pinch. Conform
via AFE. Then do a conform via EDL. Put the EDL conform on a layer
above the AVE conform. Pull down the source footage from the AFE
conform into the EFX replacing the AFE footage. Then copy the EFX
sequence back into the EDL conformed track. The EDL conformed track
should then be correct. Hopefully you do not have a gazillion EFX
sequences.
