You'd have to check with HP, but Avid has these in stock with 6 GB RAM,
Part# 7090-30015-01 @ $9900.00.

FYI, the less-pricey single-quad z400 went through a minor revision
recently, it now features 6 Memory DIMM Slots and an Embedded Firewire
Port.
