Just a little friendly ribbing Shane . . . and I agree w/ you. Both
have advantages and disadvantages (though I am thoroughly enjoying
seeing the gap closing, of course).
But I will say, that I do like being able to make changes while a
track is solo and then being able to keep those changes after unsolo-
ing.
Now, on the topic of solo-ing video tracks:
Dear Awesome Avid Engineers,
Could you work your magic so that we could solo multiple video tracks
in the same way we can solo multiple audio tracks?
And in the spirit of acknowledging FCP features I covet:
Can we have a tabbed timeline, with tear-away tabs?
And Alpha Channel support for QuickTime AMA?
