Well, kind of. You should get everyone to bring in inspiring spots,
graphics, magazine ads, on-line videos. There's great creative,
inspirational stuff in magazines like HOW (graphic design), Layers,
Photoshop User, and other graphics and creative ad-related magazines.
Head to a high-end book store and buy a few copies if you don't
subscribe already.

Once you have all these sources, then have everyone watch them and
look at them together and bounce ideas off each other about how to use
those ideas and make them your own.
Another idea is to have an internal - or even external - competition
to write a great PSA TV spot, then put all of your creative efforts
into pulling off something that you don't have to worry about a
client's approval. Just be creative. It doesn't need to actually air.
