[Avid-L2] Re: Monitor tearing

Oliver, have you tried different settings for the monitor in OSX's System Preferences? Sometimes a different refresh rate can help with tearing.

The NVidia cards are supported on Mac, though I find the GT120 a bit underpowered. I was going to change mine for a beefed up version, like a 485 from NVidia, but then Avid announced v5 with Matrox support. So I'll wait.
