No. Depending on options selected, it will do either a block-level
copy or a file-level copy. It's not like Retrospect or Apple's
"Backup" software which wrap things in proprietary, non-accessible
containers. These are actual, individual, clickable usable files.
Hidden ones too.

Best bet is to D/L the app and peruse the included documentation.
It's well written and has guidelines for about every possible scenario.
