Make sure every user has permission to access the shared folder/network
drive.
Open notepad. Type this command replacing the drive letter and network
path accordingly.
net use x: \\server1\sharedFolder
save this file as a batch file (somescript.bat) and save it in:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\GroupPolicy\User\Scripts\Logon
Now go to Start-->Run... and type "gpedit.msc" This is the group
policy editor.
Double Click User Config --> Windows Settings --> Scripts -- Logon
then click "add"
Next to script name click browse and find the batch file you saved above
and click ok.
Now any user on this local machine will execute the scripts in this
folder at logon.
