I like your shots. Have you tried exporting an uncompressed Quicktime file and using third party compression software like Sorenson Squeeze?

Subject: [Avid-L2] H264 Problems With Exported Video
Hello,
I'm exporting a 720p video to H264 from Xpress Pro HD 5.2.7. The video's
high contrast black & white, blown out whites. The white wall in several
shots throughout the exported video flashes between white and grey.
I've never had trouble exporting anything to H264, I have the correct
QuickTime and nothing has changed on my system. I exported other videos to
H264 after this problem and they're fine. I've tried exporting this video
with several combinations of H264 settings and I always get exactly the same
result.
I tried exporting the video to DNHD and the problem does not exist there,
however, there is a different flashing where the edges of the blown out
whites meet other darker objects in the frame. I brought the whites way down
to see if it would resolve the issue, but it did not. I've included a link
to a short excerpt from the H264 and the DNHD exports. I hope someone can
help. Thanks!
