Interplay won't change the workflow. Consolidate the media to local
storage and send the local drive(s) and Project folder to the other
location.

They will be able to relink to the local media. With no Interplay, the
.PMR files will rebuild just like they always have.

You're not changing versions, so you'll have no trouble with backward
compatibility.
