I think the east coast office is in NJ- Jersey City maybe? They might
charge for travel time - double check when you call.
Although the hourly is higher than our previous vendor, the fact that
they carry almost all the parts with them, and come on site, has made
their service a better value for us. They have a 4 hour minimum, but
generally fix our problem deck (whichever that is at a given time) and
service all the other decks, too. And if you're using HDCam or HD-SR,
you definitely want a sony guy doing the service. They literally plug
in their computer to the deck.
