I've tried a variety of rippers and encoders and each time go through an
arduous conversion/import process (several hours) for a 50-minute clip, only
to have it not import correctly into Avid. Tools at my disposal: BD-ROM
drive, HP xw8600, Media Composer 3.5 with Mojo SDI, Sorenson Squeeze 5,
QuickTime Pro, AnyDVDHD, RipBot264, Handbrake. The video files on the
Blu-ray disc itself are m2ts, and I need them at full 1080p/23.976
resolution. I based my initial attempts on the following workflow guide:
http://gizmodo.com/5161848/how-to-rip-blu%20ray-discs. Thanks!
