[Avid-L2] AMA Consolidate

OK. So you are doing "Instant AMA" editing with XDCAM footage on an
external drive. Everything rocks. No MXF media is created.

You finish early and want to "consolidate" the original XDCAM footage
(via the sequence you just cut) to a hard drive.

How do you do that?
