I'll try RGB today for FCP, but are right with Avid.
I defend:
All I know is it works as it should when importing an Avid export done
with RGB colorspace into FCP. I've tried doing it "correctly" (ie:
using 601/709 color space for the Avid) and it has always produced
elevated blacks in FCP.
