I think so. Welcome to our world of having to reverse engineer making media
for Avid. :-(
For starters I would like to see one of the MXF files you're having trouble
with and your AAF file. Please zip both and upload to our FTP server...

What "flavor" of Avid project and compression was set in the FCP export?
When your upload to our FTP server is complete can you please create a
support ticket at http://www.automaticduck.com/support/contact ? I can then
respond back to you directly and request more stuff if we need it.
