A couple of options. $ See if one of the engineers from your local radio
stations can recommend pots codec equipment for both ends and rent what
you need. Manufacturers are Comrex, Telos, Tieline or someone like that.
Cents Two phone lines IFB and voice. Record the scratch track off the
phone and relay the audio afterwards when they ftp the goods.

I have been out of audio for a long time so the pots codec is new to me.
