I say:

I have no idea. I can say this: It looks fine to me. I detect no
white clipping. In fact, the original Avid DNxHD export looks exactly
the same as the FCP ProRes422 recompressed file. Of course, this is no
scientific 'subtract one from the other and see what's left' test, but
if it's this close and I notice no clipping or black lift, I'd call it
a success.
