[Avid-L2] FCP EDL crashes Symphony

I'm asking this of both FCP and Avid groups, as I need to export an EDL from FCP (6.0.6), and use it to create a sequence in Avid (Symphony Nitris 1.8) via Avid EDL Manager. When I load the created sequence into the Avid timeline, I get a fatal error message:

Assertion failed: errCode ==HWcommon::kHWCerr_No Error
File \coreew\ame\msm\AConsumer.c, Line 473

The FCP generated EDL will load and create a sequence perfectly in Smoke. I cannot find anything wrong with the EDL?

Any ideas would be helpful.
