I found this text: (don't know at what date is has been written)
"Please note that at the time of writing, the only variant of the Dual Quad-Core HP XW8400 Workstation supported for use with Avid DS Nitris and Avid Symphony Nitris remains the Dual Intel Zeon Quad-Core 2.33 Ghz unit. Please see Answer ID number 75047 for further details on Avid Symphony Nitris support for the HP XW8400 Workstation"
I could not found that Answer ID number in the Knowledge Base. So before I switch our workstations I prefer to know for sure if it is supported by Avid.
