[Avid-L2] MOJO DX setup problems

I know I can wait until monday but I have just put together a MOJO Dx
and new mac and rewired the edit bay and now Avid won't start up. My
engineer has cabled all the monitors and decks and the mojo is
connected to the right card on the mac. It worked at the vendors
office as they set it all up. The error I get is "problem connecting
to hardware. Wrong type of download was found" followed by another
window that says Exception: SETTING NO REGISTERED SETTINGS. If anyone
has any ideas I would love to hear it.
