Looking for editors with diversified style and a keen eye for detail. Must be a team player with good social skills and a great attitude.
Must possess a solid understanding of the editing process (both creative and technical), experience working under tight deadlines, ability to multi-task while remaining flexible and highly dependable. Editor will provide updates and dailies upon request and will occasionally work directly with clients.
Requirements:
Knowledge and operation of digital equipment, including Final Cut Pro and After Effects is required. Prefer proficiency with Avid, Photoshop, Sorenson squeeze, Adrenaline and Media Composer. Knowledge of Hi-Def workflow: digitizing, encoding, color correcting. Anything beyond this is a plus. Ideal candidate has basic-to-intermediate experience shooting & lighting in a studio and on location.
Occasional nights/weekends. Please include cover letter, rate and sample reel or link.
