Yes, Avid specifically states that you can install them on the same machine,
but cannot run them simultaneously. This is a massive improvement over the
not-so-far past.

To my knowledge, Avid only maintains you can install these on the same
machine without crashing, not that they'll actually run together. Not like
FCP and STP ;-)
