somewhere around 3.5... Any 3d-type effects will be screwed up when
you bring them forward, cuts and dissolves should be OK... I don't
know about titles, but I'd guess title tool stuff will be a little
goofy but manageable. DON'T work in an old project- or a copy of the
old project - make a new project in the new version, make new bins,
copy the elements into the new bins. We used to go forward from 5x.
to.... 2.x...
Oh, wait... you're talking about Xpress. Who knows. Forget I called.
Actually, it should work fine, even the effects, more or less. Just
don't use the old project - follow that same rule of making new bins
and copying the old material into those bins.
