These are nothing more than re-publications of Avid PR.

I'm looking for engineering documents like those you find at Apple
Developers site. Of course, the GPU is supported? But, the question is
how are data flows handled? I guess you didn't read the White Papers
published by FAST, Canopus, and Matrox on HOW data are moved and
processed by GPUs.

For example, iMovie 09 has RT FX, but only progressive video is
correctly scaled. Once one understands the engineering of iMovie the
scaling artifacts that appear on interlaced video can be explained.
This, in turn, has enabled me to write software that solves the
problem. Bottom-line, I was not talking about marketing documents
posted at sites that sell products.
