[Avid-L2] Re-linking from FCP project via Automatic Duck

Hi All,

I'm working on a re-edit of a documentary that was originally done about 5 years ago on FCP. I've brought the latest sequence into Avid via Automatic Duck. So far, so good, the AAF imported flawlessly. But now, since this will be a major overhaul of the sequence, I want to recapture all of the original material (not just the de-composed clips), then relink the converted sequence to the full length clips.
After capturing the first tape, I tried to relink the clips from the AAF sequence, but it didn't work. I noticed that the project association of the tape names is from my newly created Avid project, so I suspect that that doesn't match with the AAF clips.
Is there a way to get my sequence to relink with the newly captured tapes, or will I have to go back and re-capture the de-composed clips from the AAF?

Thanks in advance for any advice.
