Has anyone noticed more problems with 3rd party storage after upgrading to
MC4? I have two customers that experienced different issues with different
storage and different Oss.
- Scenario 1: Mac-formatted Terrablock volumes mounted on an XP
system (via Mac Drive). Running 3.5.4. this worked fine, upgrading to v4
rendering dissolves totally crash the system.
- Scenario 2: Simple HDV sequence with some titles using a 5-drive
unit from Sonnet on Vista won't play back reliably. I captured Uncompressed
HD to this array so it's fast enough but not reliable.
Just wondered if these were isolated cases or if something else was afoot.
