[Avid-L2] MC Project to Premiere?

Hi,
Has anyone had any luck with the workflow outlined here by Adobe?

I can't find any documentation besides that video on Adobe TV, that explains what codecs are supported.

I just tried doing this for a client that wanted to capture a couple of PAL 1080i 50 tapes and is editing on Premiere. I followed the steps outlined in the video, but received nothing but errors saying the file was too large when I tried to import the AAF and associated MXF files into Premiere CS4. Maybe DNxHD 185 isn't supported?
