Re: [Avid-L2] qurstion: avid doen't see ohci

I upgraded from 3.5.4 to 4.0x last week and went through some issues. The
main one was that my FW port wasn't being recognised by the avid sw. Did not
have to RTFM, just take my own advice. I was on Mac OS 10.6.x and running
3.5.4 which worked fine but did not enable fw. Uninstalled 3.5.4 and
installed MC 4.0.4, and all is well.

May not be your case, but an update to 10.6 might help.
