So far the two precedents are Filmlight's Baselight and Autodesk's Flare. Baselight has a Mac laptop software version, but you have to own a full system to get it. Flare is available to Flame (not Smoke) owners at 1/5th the cost of a Flame. Note that the plug-in makers are not yet cutting any breaks for Flare seats.
