[Avid-L2] External Hard Drive for PC and MAC

Hello,

I'm about to start a project with a colleague, however, my MC is on Windows Vista 64 and his is on OSX. We are going to share the same files via an external hard drive that is compatible with both OS. Are there any issues that may arise from this that any one knows about? I'm just trying to get prepared before we begin the project. We are both using MC 3.5. Thank you.
