[Avid-L2] Digital Service Station partner in London?

I'm investigating options to using a Fiber or satellite connection: I
need to get some NTSC video captured and posted on a fast connection
in London - or better yet, digidelivery with a fast connection-
Captured to, say, Avid 3:1, then posted, then I can download it here.
This would be on a saturday in a few weeks.

Could be as much as 30 minutes worth of material - obviously I'd
prefer to do a test run before then. Anyone interested?
