Depends if you want 24P or not.
The Sony cameras (520?) have nice features and all, but don't do 24P.
Adam Wilt and David Leitner have written nice things about the newer
Canon HF-11 (or similar number) -- the newest one. 24P, higher bit
rate, great oversampling and image processing. But still 4:2:0, and
Canon's dumber controls. Also records 24P as 60i.
Cineform is a good solution for turning these files into something
that edits well...
