1 - Made a traditional slo-mo effect clip
2 - Cut it into the sequence
All of these work for me:
A - Match Frame from Sequence = Loads the effect clip in Source Window.
B - Option + Match Frame = Loads the effect clip in Source Window but
does not remove original I/O marks.
C - Control + Option + Match Frame = Loads the Original Master Clip
into the Source Window.
