So this is what's on the readme.

Bug Number: UDevC00116442. A 1:1 10-bit capture might fail with

DIG_VDM_OVERRUN or video overrun errors. This might not occur if storage

performance is optimized.

The question is what does optimized mean? We have 2 chassis's of RTR scsi
storage all entirely avid spec, both on separate scsi buses with correct
cables and terminators etc.

This is a bug logged in 3.5.4 but also in 4.02 so can't upgrade out of
problem.. Drives are all ok and perform correctly.

This seems to me to be a major bug as I can't do what the system is
basically supposed to!

I think it doesn't do it on 3x
