[Avid-L2] Red to Avid MXF rendering

Philip

Unless I am being more than usually incompetent, I can't see where
RedRushes or Redcine (or Monkey Extract) offer the option to render to
MXF native files. Only DNx codec Quicktimes.

It is certainly the only path mentioned in Avid documentation to go
directly from RED RAW to Avid MXF. Apparently there are others, that
are not mentioned.

Mentioned are MetaFuze (not an option in an all-Mac, no virtualization
lab); REDrushes and REDcine. That's the only options according to Avid.

I concur with Steve Hullfish's comments on the documentation. I've
learnt a whole heap more in the L's longest-thread-ever than from
Avid's documentation and I appreciate it.
