[Avid-L2] MXF IMX50 Import error

We received a MXF file from a client and cannot import it into AVID

Error message is:
"DoImportXDCamHires: Error building player pipes"

Specifics:
OSX 10.5.7
Avid version 4.0.2

MXF type: OP1aD10
File format: IMX50 NTSC
Res: 720x486
Frame Rate: 29.970
Audio Codec: AES3
Channels: 4
Bit Depth: 24

Created using OpenCube MXFTk Advanced v2.2

Tried exporting the file through Sony XDCam Transfer with no success.

Anyone else ever run into this error, or similar problem with MXF files. Any workarounds or suggestions?
