Cheap and cheerful, do video mixdown and then 100% slo mo with duplicate fields. That removes the fields, but reduces the vertical resolution but for lots of

Hi guys, just asking what techniques people use for creating a 'film' look with interlaced video, be it SD or HD. Preferably without the need for plugins.
