I make the audio mixdown before exporting the QTRef. Select the mixdown track(s), and Use Selected Tracks.

Double nevermind. When I uncheck the mixdown, it's spitting all the audio tracks without levels applied so it's unuseable. If I do the mixdown, it is two files and Sorenson tries to start before the audio is copied and fails. Any way to make watch folders work with reference movies?
