so I deactivated it and went through the steps. After purchase, there are 3
options. Since I needed to download and I was not using a dongle, I went for
option 2 ³We¹ll send you a serial number and a System ID². Install. Launch.
I was sent a SN but no SYS ID. Where can I find the ****ing Sys ID? On the
****ing dongle that luckily I had not chucked in the bin when I chose
software activation months ago! This is NOT logical. Once the app had picked
up the Sys ID I was off and running. Moral make a note of your System ID.
