[Avid-L2] Re: New DNxHD vs old

Okay so I think I first installed the 2.1 unzipped package. After reading your post I then unzipped the 2.01 package and installed it. To be sure I went back and unzipped the 2.1 and tried to reinstall it but I got an error saying it can not be installed because a newer version exists. Do I need both. Does the error mean I already installed this before I read your post. I'm a little sketchy what the difference is something about compliant vs non compliant exports etc.. Can you clarify please? What can I say, I'm either "Codec Challenged" or " Codec Special". Take your pick ;-)

Is this a problem shouldn't one be 2.1 and the other 2.0.1? I unzipped multiple times to make sure I hadn't clicked on the wrong zipped file. Anybody else see this?
