[Avid-L2] OT: Rage

I just saw Sally Potter's 'Rage' at the BFI in London and was wondering
about the technical aspects. Anyone know what camera was used and how the
editing and FX were done (actually the only FX are blue-screen backgrounds
changing colours)? A bit of web-crawling only came up with the usual cast
lists and reviews.
